Admission Criteria for

HUDAVI Program

  • Student should between 10-12 age.
  • Student should know English, Arabic, Urdu basics.
  • Student should pass the eligibility test held by DHI University, Kerala.
  • Student should know regional language.
  • Student should pursue his student journey on rules of the institution.
  • Through the DNIA Admission process, student will be redirected to 6th class from school level.

Admission And Exam Procedures For

Wafiyya Preparatory

  • Students will be enrolled on the course in the first week of June every year.
  • The admission is through an entrance test run by the Examination Board of CIC. The basic qualification for applying to the preparatory course is to pass both in the SSLC examination and seventh grade of Madrassa run by the Samastha Kerala Jamiyatul Ulema (or equivalent). The applicants shall not exceed 17 year of age.
  • A student will not be given more than 15 days of leave in an academic year.
  • Term-end examinations will be held towards the end of each semester and only those who pass in the exams can appear for the next semester.
  • Those who fail in not more than three papers shall be given a supplementary chance in the same semester. In the event of failing in more than three papers, it is required to repeat the semester (only the papers lost) along with the next batch of students.
  • In selected papers, 20% of the total marks will be by way of Continuous Evaluation processes including Projects and Collections.
  • The criteria for awarding grades at the term-end exams:
    • Excellent : 90% and above
    • Very Good : 80% and above
    • Good : 60% and above
    • Satisfied : 50% and above
    • Below average : 35% and above
    • Failed : Below 35%
  • Students are obliged to abide by any additional explanation regarding these regulations by the syndicate of CIC and its examination board.

Admission And Exam Procedures For

Wafiyya Undergraduate

  • Students are enrolled on the course in the first week of June every year.
  • The basic qualification for the undergraduate course is to pass in the preparatory course run by the CIC (or equivalent).
  • A student will not be given more than 15 days of leave in an academic year.
  • Term-end examinations will be held towards the end of each semester and only those who pass in the exams can appear for the next semester.
  • Those who fail in not more than three papers shall be given a supplementary chance in the same semester. In the event of failing in more than three papers, it is required to repeat the semester (only the papers lost) along with the next batch of students.
  • The undergraduate certificate will not be issued until the students produce their Bachelor’s Degree certificate from any university approved by the University Grants Commission (UGC) of the Government of India.
  • In selected papers, 20% of the total marks will be by way of Continuous Evaluation processes including Assignments and Seminars.
  • Criteria for awarding grades at the term-end exams:
    • Excellent : 90% and above
    • Very good : 80% and above
    • Good : 60% and above
    • Satisfied : 50% and above
    • Below average : 35% to 50%
    • Failed : below 35%
  • The medium of all term-end examination will be Arabic.
  • A student who obtains a total mark of 35% or above in each group will not fail as long as he scores a minimum of 25 % in all subjects.
  • Students are obliged to abide by any additional explanation with regard to these regulations by the syndicate of CIC and its examination board.
